Gregory J. Lucht is an associate attorney with Scanlon &
Gearinger Company, LPA. He has handled cases in federal and state
courts, and represents clients in the areas of products liability,
wrongful death, business/contract disputes, insurance law,
employer intentional torts, premises liability, and automobile
collisions. Greg has managed complicated cases, including
the Medina County steam tractor explosion litigation.
Greg graduated from Grove City College in 1999 with a Bachelor
of Arts degree in History. He received his J.D., magna
cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law
in 2002. Greg began working as a law clerk for Scanlon &
Gearinger while attending law school and accepted a position
as a lawyer upon graduation.
Greg has served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University
of Akron School of Law teaching brief writing and appellate
advocacy to first-year law students and is a member of numerous
professional organizations.
Greg has volunteered his professional skills for the benefit
of a local church and has been active with the Greater Akron
Amateur Soccer Association. Greg and his wife, Nicole, reside
in Akron with their son, Ethan.
